Originally from Seattle, Kailua resident Julie McIntyre began her artistic journey in stained glass and moved through acrylics, oils and now has discovered her passion for watercolor. Julie has always felt that the driving force for her art is the interaction of colors and the emotions they invoke. She has lived her life in accord with the following quote from Paul J. Meyer:

Whatever you vividly imagine, ardently desire, sincerely believe and enthusiastically act upon … must inevitably come to pass.
